Registration Managment
Scientific Associates offers more in-depth and vast experience in registrations of crop protection chemicals, biocides, etc., including the active compounds. Our services are focused on the consulting of requirements and registration according to the Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009.
We are also specialized for the renewal of active substances are e.g. the research of endpoints, new information and data in public sources, the potential endocrine risk, and the intensified consideration of degradation products.

Environmental Modelling
Our Environmental Fate Modeling services include FOCUS modeling, modeling at member state level and prediction of concentration in different environmental compartments. We have extensive experience with many internationally recognized environmental fate models.
Degradation kinetics and estimation of persistence and modeling endpoints for parent and metabolites using ModelMaker, KinGUI and CAKE. We prepare PEC Assessment Reports after prediction of concentrations of agricultural chemicals in different environmental compartments. We are specialized in modeling for all key member states, e.g., Denmark, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, UK, France, etc.
Human Exposure
We conduct worker, operator, bystanders risk assessments according to the basic data requirement on human risk assessment. The exposure assessments are conducted according to the EFSA documents “Scientific Opinion on Preparation of Guidance Document on Pesticide Exposure Assessment for Workers, Operators, Bystanders and Residents” and “Guidance on Dermal Absorption”.
